Intent to terminate your Installment Agreement

If you have received a CP523, CP523 (SP) or a CP623 notice the IRS is intending to terminate any installed agreement agreed between you and the IRS.

Fortunately, the IRS is giving you 30 days to take action by either contacting them directly or hiring a tax expert to connect with them on your behalf.

If no intent to get in contact with the IRS is done after the first 30 days, the IRS will prompt you to start seizing your wages, properties, and putting tax liens on your assets.

As a taxpayer, you want to understand what comes after you receive a CP523 notice to take action.
